What does it
mean to be FRIS?

Energy is the fuel for your day. FRIS is a state you build, protect, and return to — not something you become once and stay forever.

Never a finished state.

FRIS is Dutch for "fresh." Being FRIS. Feeling FRIS.

You don't train to become a better person. You train to feel better and full of energy — instead of living at your limits, or on your reserves.

Being FRIS isn't something you become and then stay forever. You can lose that FRIS feeling. Everyone knows a rough week, a harder stretch where it's difficult to keep going, or just a setback. We don't believe in guilt about that — it gets you nowhere. We believe in giving you the tools to find your way back to that FRIS feeling, and to live full of energy again.

Four letters.
One state.

FRIS isn't a coincidence — it's four principles that together decide whether you're above your threshold today, or running on reserve.
